Adjudicator Nominating Body ANB
The Adjudicator Nominating Body (ANB) exists for the construction and engineering industries, its registered adjudicators can be appointed to resolve disputes in the United Kingdom or internationally.
For example in the United Kingdom they may be nominated under the statutory construction scheme or under the terms of a contract. Internationally they may be nominated to serve as a DAB or DAAB member under a FIDIC form of contract or as an adjudicator under an NEC3 contract or as an adjudicator or DAB under NEC4 depending which option has been selected. Any party may apply for a nomination using the ANB website. There is no charge for us to make a nomination.
For further information regarding adjudicators, the nomination process and its panel, the dispute board, UKA Capped Fee Scheme, CIC LVD MAP and UKA-DRAP visit: https://www.ukadjudicators.co.uk/
